Who We Are

You Can Women in Business International was formed in June of 2006 to provide support, resources and connections for women in business and aspiring business owners. Since its inception, we’ve added YCWIB chapters and our mission has expanded to focus on the complete businesswoman.

The members of YCWIB are mothers, wives, students, friends, full-time employees, confidants, care givers, born leaders and developing leaders, etc. We wear many hats, sometimes multiple hats at one time, but we are serious about our success and helping those around us achieve success too.

We are an organization of women pursuing collective goals: goals to grow our businesses; grow, develop and advance personally; give back to our communities and receive training and resources to help us run our businesses effectively. We are an organization of professional businesswomen who share our stories of successes and failures and of how to bounce back from failures. We provide each other with honest feedback. We also share resources with each other, promote each other’s businesses, conduct business with each other, support each other and constantly remind each other that "WE CAN!"

We are an organization of women who are changing the face of how women conduct business.
